By accessing or using chrissmithsells.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Christopher J.D. Smith (“Christopher,” “we,” or “us”) is a licensed Real Estate Broker-Salesperson affiliated with CENTURY 21 Community.
2. Use of the Website
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it. You may not scrape, copy, or republish content without our permission.
3. Real Estate Services
The Site provides information about real estate services, property listings, and market resources. No content on this Site constitutes a binding offer of representation. A formal client relationship is established only through a signed agency or brokerage agreement. Christopher is licensed in the State of Missouri.
4. Property Listings
Property listings displayed on the Site are provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties about the completeness, timeliness, or accuracy of listing details such as price, square footage, beds, baths, or availability. Listings may be listed by other brokers. Information is subject to change or removal without notice. Independent verification is recommended before any decision.
5. Home Valuations
Home valuations and market analyses provided through the Site are estimates based on available data and professional judgment. They are not appraisals and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for a financial decision. A formal appraisal or market evaluation by a licensed professional may be appropriate for your transaction.
6. Lead Submission & Consent
When you submit a form, inquiry, or valuation request, you consent to being contacted by Christopher regarding your real estate needs. Your information may be stored in our CRM and shared with our brokerage as necessary to provide services. You may opt out of communications at any time.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is owned by or licensed to Christopher J.D. Smith and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use it without permission, except for personal, non-commercial purposes.
8. Third-Party Links
The Site links to third-party sites such as Zillow, Realtor.com, and CENTURY 21 Community. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these external sites.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in or serving Columbia, Missouri.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
